One Disney star who has managed to successfully transition to the big Hollywood scene with a clean slate is Zendaya. The Greatest Showman star has grown up to become an activist and feminist who fights for equality and diversity. And, we’re proud to say that this gal has not gotten herself into trouble for bad behavior, substance abuse, or anything like that since her Shake It Up days too. With her inclusion in the Marvel Cinematic Universe through Spiderman, we don’t think she ever plans to anyway. Zendaya will reprise her role as MJ in Spider-Man: Far From Home, which is set to come out this July 2019.

Speaking of the MCU, Tom Holland made his debut in it as the beloved Spider-Man in Captain America: Civil War (2016). Afterward, Tom impressed Marvel fans even more in his first actual Spidey film, Spider-Man: Homecoming. With his quirky and youthful portrayal of Peter Parker, the full movie became a box office hit. Here’s a musician who started out on the video-sharing app called Vine: Shawn Mendes. After obtaining a massive following in 2013 because of his song covers, artist manager Andrew Gertler and A&R Ziggy Chareton noticed him the following year. Perhaps, they thought that they didn’t need to do much social media marketing for this Canadian kid. Anyway, this led to him signing a contract deal with their record label, Island Records, at just 15. Shawn’s debut album, Handwritten reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200 album chart.
