We see them every day, either on social media or on our favorite TV shows and movies. It’s no secret that all celebrities have somewhat of an obligation to keep up appearances, so how do they manage to always be in such good shape? While many of them workout from home, others use the advice of their trainers.

Kate’s routine consists mostly of yoga and Pilates, much like with many other people. She focuses a lot on building up her strength and her cardiovascular system. He worked hard with his trainers, but also with his wife, Priyanka Chopra, as they even took yoga classes together!
Nick tries to work out six days a week, mostly at the gym. There, his routine has him doing mostly presses and steps. Given that he’s been diagnosed with diabetes type 1, he’s always been eating healthy, but as of recently, he’s also been living healthy!
Hilaria Baldwin - Yoga & Mini Workouts
Since getting married to Alec Baldwin in 2012, Hilaria has given birth to four children. So, how does she manage to keep in such good shape? The truth is that Hilaria’s always been upfront about her busy life and schedule. Now that she’s a working mother of four, she’s busier than ever.
As she’s shared on Today, where she’s a contributor, Hilaria might not always have the time for a full workout, so she does mini-workouts throughout the day. What she still finds time for, though, is her yoga class. Hilaria also takes ballet classes and tries jogging for thirty minutes at least twice a week.
Alison Brie - Cardio & Strength-Building
In a recent interview with Women’s Health Magazine, Alison Brie shared big parts of her exercise routine and how working out has helped her with her wellbeing both mentally and physically. We weren’t surprised to see Alison as fit as she is, after all, one of her best-known projects was the GLOW series where she portrayed a female wrestler!
Alison has been working with the same trainer for almost a decade now. They have sessions three times a week, and she works out by herself three more days. Her schedule includes anything from deadlifts and squats to presses and lounges. In 2020 Alison also played in the film called Horse Girl.
Khloe Kardashian - Diet, Strength Building & Cardio
When she had her baby, True, Khloe naturally gained some weight. She didn’t let that drag her down, though, as she quickly started making changes in her life for the better. Khloe’s trained with at least a couple of personal trainers and changed her eating habits. Today, she’s 40 pounds lighter!
Khloe shared her schedule with Shape magazine in 2020. Meanwhile, the trainers with which she’s collaborated are Joe Bouraima and Gunner Peterson. She eats mostly dairy-free and low-carb foods while doing cardio and strength training workouts. Her schedule is focused on a different part of her body every day!

For anyone who’s seen Kumail Nanjiani in any of his past films, seeing him now as he’s starting to film for the Eternals Marvel film is probably a big surprise. The truth is that he was cast for the part in 2019, and his life has been a full-time working out schedule ever since.
With his trainer, Grant Roberts, they used electric stimulation to enhance the working-out effect on his muscles. In case anyone doubts its results, Kumail’s a living example of how well this technique works. His routine consisted mainly of weight-lifting while doing exercises like squats and sit-ups.
Halle Berry - Keto Diet & Intense Workout
We can imagine that playing Catwoman required a lot of exercises to get in shape. Although it’s been years since Halle Berry played that role, her shape hasn’t worsened the least bit. On the contrary, it’s only gotten better. When Halle was diagnosed with diabetes in her 20s, she decided to make a healthy change.
Halle recently shared with Women’s Health her secrets. From working out with Peter Lee Thomas to eating Keto. Halle’s body has never looked better than what it does now, well in her 50s. In fact, in 2020, she was even cast to play an MMA fighter on the film called Bruised!

Whenever her busy working-mom schedule doesn’t allow her to do so, she incorporates working out with her family time. Heidi goes on long bike rides and does trampoline exercises. Not only is she keeping busy staying in shape, but Heidi also continued her collaboration with America’s Got Talent and Germany’s Next Top Model in 2020.
Julianne Hough - PowerCore Yoga & SoulCycle
It’s no secret that Julianne Hough loves dancing, after all, she’s participated, won, and judged the Dancing with the Stars competition! Dancing is a great form of working out surely, but how does she always keep in such great shape? Apparently, on top of doing a lot of strength training, Julianne also loves CorePower Yoga and SoulCycle.
Both companies are known for their intense workouts and incredible results, and just by taking a look at Julianne’s body, it becomes clear. Kate Beckinsale - Rowing, VersaClimber & Punches
She played Selene in the Underworld films, so it’s safe to say that Kate Beckinsale has always been a fan of working out. As Kate shared with Women’s Health magazine in late 2019, her routine is pretty complicated. She has her trainer, Gunnar Peterson, to thank for it, and her rock-solid abs!
Kate goes to the gym first thing in the morning. Most weeks, she works out six consecutive days, occasionally making it five, depending on her schedule. What Kate loves doing the most, is rowing and using the VersaClimber for her cardio. Meanwhile, she’s currently working on the upcoming film called Jolt.
Zac Efron - Swiss Ball Workouts
For anyone that knew Zac Efron from High School Musical, seeing him starring in the Baywatch film was probably a surprise. To do so, Zac had to make some drastic changes. Within three months, he went from being a teen icon to a bulked bodybuilder, and much of it came from using a swiss ball in his workouts.
Working closely with Patrick Murphy, Zac focused on a different part of his body every day. He was only allowed to take the tiniest breaks in between his workouts, and the results were terrific. Zac managed to maintain this kind of lifestyle, and in 2019 he played in The Beach Bum film.
Ryan Reynolds - Hiking, Biking & Lifts
For him to play Deadpool, Ryan Reynolds had to intensify his workout schedule. He was just about to turn forty at that time, so his transformation was even more stunning! Ryan hired Don Saladino to advise him through this process, but mostly, he liked working out alone.
Although Ryan focused on a different body part each day, he always incorporated additional weight to his exercises. He did anything from lunges to squats, while finishing it off with hiking or mountain biking. Ryan has turned working out to a way of living. After all, he’s not done with Deadpool yet, as they’ve just announced an upcoming third movie.
Gigi Hadid - Boxing
Though she’s probably going to have to step it down a notch now that she’s expecting her first baby, Gigi Hadid’s workout routine consists mainly of boxing. She’s always on the go, so she rarely meets with her trainer, Rob Piela, but when they do, their workouts are insane.
Gigi’s routine gets regularly changed, both so that she doesn’t get bored and so that she trains all parts of her body. Other than boxing, she does ballet, crunches, horse riding, and plays volleyball. Her baby’s father is Zayn Malik, with whom she’s been together since 2015.
Chris Evans - Cable Machine & Gymnastics
For as long as he’d been playing Captain America on the Marvel movies, Chris Evans had not only been praised for his acting but also his stunning looks. At least five times a week, Chris hits the gym. Although he continually evolves his routine, it’s mostly focused around the cable machine.
However, for him to get the Captain’s body, Chris even added some gymnastics on his life! It kind of makes sense, given all the stunts he had to do for the movies. For now, Chris gets to relax from being a super-hero but not from being an actor! In 2020 he played in the Defending Jacob mini-series.
Miranda Kerr - Yoga & Pilates
Through Victoria Secret, Miranda Kerr was able to jumpstart her modeling career. Given that she’s used to having her pictures taken while wearing little clothes, she must certainly pay attention to her workout schedule. For at least the past 15 years, despite all the changes she’s experienced, she’s always found time for some yoga.
Kerr likes to exercise first thing in the morning. Once Kerr is done with her daily yoga, she’ll either go for a walk or a run or continue with doing Pilates. Sometimes, she’ll even grab her weights and start lifting! No wonder how Kerr’s kept in such good shape even after having three children!
Demi Lovato - Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu & Boxing
She’s always been open about her mental struggles, and through it all, working out has been somewhat of a refuge. Demi sometimes worked out too much, becoming something of an addiction. As she’s now releasing new music like Love Me and I’m Ready, she also hits the gym, having found a healthy balance in her life.
Demi’s absolutely in love with martial arts. Since 2016, she’s been practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. When it comes to working out, however, she chooses boxing, as it’s probably more demanding. Demi also does all the classic exercises, anything from a crunch to a squat and a push-up.
Chris Hemsworth- Lifting & Cardio
Not only does he play the super-hero in the Marvel films, but Chris Hemsworth is the closest thing there is to an actual real-life super-hero. He didn’t get there overnight though, as he’s been working hard both for this acting career and for his incredibly sculpted body!
As it turns out, Chris even has his very own fitness app called Centr. Amidst the COVID-19 outbreak, he made it free for all, doing his bit for everyone’s wellbeing. His workout is pretty intense, and it shows. It mainly consists of heavy-lifting and circuit-based cardio exercises.
Cindy Crawford - Morning Workouts & Cardio
Though she’s no stranger to working out alone or creating her routines, Cindy Crawford works with a personal trainer, much like many other celebrities. She’s been modeling since the mid-’80s and has even released her won fitness tapes back in the ’90s and early ’00s.
Cindy’s hard work has now made her able to be in her 50s while looking 30! She always likes to start her days with a good workout. Cindy’s occasionally been posting videos of her exercises with Sarah Perla, her trainer, on her personal Instagram account. She does anything from weight-lifting to squats and stretches before doing her cardio.

She’s a former Victoria’s Secret Angel and an ambassador for Adidas, so seeing her now uploading her workout videos on YouTube was to be expected! Kloss is also working with a trainer, Kirk Meyers. She’s always traveling, so she tries to incorporate working out in her daily life.
On top of running marathons, Kloss also enjoys swimming, doing yoga, and mostly boxing, as it doubles as a stress-relief. As she’s told Vogue some years ago on an interview, Kloss works out at least four days a week. In 2019 she also started hosting the Project Runway show.
Winnie Harlow - Weight-Lifting & Swiss Ball Exercises
Much like any other model, Winnie Harlow pays great attention to her body. After all, it’s part of her job. Of course, she does not work out alone, as she’s been known to have trainers like Luke Worthington. Winnie’s life is surrounded by traveling, so she tries to work out at least three times a week.
Surprisingly, much of her routine is revolving around lifting weights. Winnie tries to work on her full-body strength, and a way to do it is by using the swiss ball. She also likes to finish out with a low-intensity cardio workout. In 2020 Winnie was a guest judge on a Rupaul’s Drag Race episode.
Chris Pratt - Intense Workout & Cardio
He’s probably one of the best-known Hollywood transformations. Anyone who’s watched Perks and Recreation recognizes Chris Pratt as the chubby guy from the show. However, when he got himself the Peter Quill part on Guardians of the Galaxy, it’s safe to say that he shocked his fans with his appearance.
For him to be able to play the role, he had to shed more than 70 pounds overall! At a point, he was working out six days every week, with his trainer, Duffy Gaver. Every day he worked on different muscles. Through it all, he always found the time to go out on a run, swim, or hike.
Adriana Lima - Boxing & Jump-Rope
She’s been a Victoria’s Secret Angel for almost 18 years, so seeing Adriana Lima having the perfect body is no surprise. As she’s shared with Insider, Adriana practically lives at the gym. Especially when she has an upcoming catwalk planned, the gym becomes her home. Most of all, she loves boxing and jumping rope.
Adriana occasionally adds additional weights in her exercises. When she doesn’t have time to hit the gym, Adriana makes sure to work out from home rather than skip the day. Given that she’s had two daughters, her body is the epitome of living healthy. In 2020 she made the cover of Vogue Arabia.
Emma Stone - Weight-Lifting & Strength Training
Emma Stole doesn’t need to work hard to look good. When she landed the role of Billie Jean King in the Battle of the S**** movie, she had to look the part. As a result, she hit the gym and hired a trainer. Three months later, her strengthened muscles now weighed 15 more pounds!
Emma did a lot of heavy lifting and pushing. She focused on her strength twice as much as she did in her cardio. Once the film was done, she continued this healthy way of life, just less persistently. Emma keeps on lifting weights but has now incorporated some yoga and climbing into her life.
Michael B. Jordan - Weight-Lifting & Cardio
When training to play in Creed, Michael B. Jordan’s best friend was the dumbbell. He had one in practically every single exercise he did! The film might have been released some years ago, but Michael’s still looking fit as ever! After all, he had to portray the super-hero in Black Panther some years later.
Michael tries to work out every week for six days, leaving him with one to rest. His trainer is Corey Calliet, with whom he’s been working closely since his Creed days. At the time, he also tried doing anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes of cardio a day!
Shakira - Dancing, Swimming & Weights
Especially after watching her Super Bowl LIV half-time performance, there’s no doubt in the world regarding how fit Shakira is. After all, as Shakira’s so candidly shared with the world, her hips don’t lie! She has been working closely with her trainer, Anna Kaiser, and the results are visible!
Shakira’s routine consists mostly of dancing, which should be unsurprising. She also does swimming and weight-based exercises. All her workouts are quite lengthy, sometimes even adding up to 90 minutes! Nothing is keeping this mother-of-two behind. In 2020 Shakira released her newest single called Me Gusta.
Jennifer Lopez - Pole Dancing
She probably has one of the most intense workout schedules, as Jennifer Lopez doesn’t even reward herself with a resting day! Working out is such a big part of her life, and it shows. JLo loves doing heavy lifts, dancing, and strength-building. As she showcased so wonderfully at the half-time show in 2020’s Super Bowl, JLo loves pole dancing!
Any of her almost-120-million followers on Instagram know how she’s never shied away from showing off her body; after all, she works so hard to preserve and better it! Given that JLo’s now in her 50s and a mother of two, she’s done a great job so far.
Dwayne Johnson - Elliptical Crosstrainer & Heavy-Lifting
He might be a great actor, wrestler, and businessman, but the reason for which Dwayne Johnson’s mostly known is his body. He got the Rock nickname for a reason as every part of his body is rock-solid! Dwayne works out six days a week, leaving him with one to be lazy.
His days all start with the same activity, the elliptical cross-training. Dwayne rides it every day before hitting the gym, where he does heavy-lifting and almost an hour of cardio. It might not necessarily look like it, but he works on his legs twice a week! In the future, we’ll be seeing him star in Black Adam.
