Imagine this scenario. You just got done working out and already running late for a scheduled dinner with friends. Would you make your post-workout shake first or drive off to see your buddies? Well, this drink solves that dilemma.

Technically a Bloody Mary, it packs on the protein with servings of bacon, barbecue, and an entire chicken. Yes, a whole bird submerged in a pitcher of tomato juice and vodka! As for why this drink exists in the first place, we're not entirely sure. But it seems like there are people who enjoy it, and that's a good enough justification for us.

That's One Chocolatey Hand Wash!

Everybody loves chocolate. But melted chocolate poured over and eaten off your own hands? That's bound to be a hard sell. Still, that didn't stop chef Juan Manuel Barrientos from including that in the menu of his pop-up restaurant at the La Cosecha market in Washington D.C.

According to the food website Eater, the chocolate hand wash was part of the sensory experience Barrientos' menu of modern Colombian fare offered hungry guests. His menu also included other unique dishes, such as gluten-free yuca bread made in the shape of a bonsai tree.

A Tall Glass Of "Sunkist" Water

A tall glass of cold water with a lemon slice is a refreshing drink, especially on hot days. But we're sure the diner who received this glass got a bit heated when they saw this Sunkist sticker still attached to their lemon. They even took a photo of it for proof; perhaps in case they wanted to leave a Yelp scathing review.

While relatively harmless, it's a sign that the kitchen staff wasn't thorough in washing ingredients before preparing orders. And if little things like that could slip through, who knows what else could be happening in the kitchen?

Looks Like The Fryer's Gotten Becky Again!

No worries! This server wasn't really being swallowed whole by this fryer. It was just her turn to give it a good cleaning before leaving for the day. And being too short to reach the nooks and crannies inside the equipment, she had to step on a ladder to be able to really get in there.

We reckon another thing that would have made this task easier was letting this server change out of her skimpy work clothes. It was probably uncomfortable for her to scrub upside down all while wearing a short skirt and a white top.

Giving Hooters A Run For Its Money

Everyone knows about Hooters, but there's actually a plethora of similar dining establishments that pair a wait staff of skimpily-dressed servers with comfort food. Hey, you can't knock a business plan that works well! Among these is a chain called Bombshells.

And by the looks of it, it's bound to give Hooters some healthy competition. As you can see from this server's uniform, Bombshells has a military theme that sets it apart from other chains. Its locations are mostly concentrated in the Texas area with almost all major cities in the state having one.

What's the strangest thing you've eaten pasta out of? Well, whatever your answer is, we're willing to bet you haven't tried eating bolognese off of a bread cone yet. No worries, though! You're not missing out on anything, as the person who posted this image on Reddit's r/WeWantPlates subforum didn't seem pleased with their meal at all.

Overflowing right from the get-go, this dish reminds us of an erupting volcano. So, we can only imagine how messy things got when they began digging into this hearty meal. Maybe good old pizza was the better choice, after all.

Let us introduce you to this behemoth of a hotdog dubbed the Baconator and the amazing woman who managed to take it down. Made of a three-foot-long sausage and a bun to match, the 5,000-calorie meal is served at a place called Oh My Dog in London.

While intimidating, it was demolished impressively by Kate Ovens, a food blogger and competitive eater. According to the website Canoe, she took down the mighty Baconator in just 25 minutes and posted the proof on YouTube. Her video garnered half a million views and a comment section full of impressed viewers.

You may think you love cheese, but do you love it enough to muster the courage to eat off of this platter? This dish seems to be daring diners to risk getting injured or catching something by serving their food with a mousetrap, which upon closer inspection appears to be used.

That said, it's no surprise this strange dish was posted on Reddit's r/WeWantPlates subforum, which is dedicated to sharing photos of food served in the most bizarre containers. And we've got to say; this mouse trap plate is one of the more peculiar ones that have been posted there.

As it turns out, Dubai isn't just home to some of the world's best 5-star hotels. It's also the place to go if you're after a different kind of fine dining experience. According to the website Thrillophilia, you can have a three-course meal while suspended 164 feet above the ground thanks to a tourist activity called Dinner in the Sky.

So, if your taste for adventure has no limits, this is definitely something you should consider trying on your next overseas trip. The gravity-defying experience lasts for about an hour and a half, with two chefs joining the ride to serve diners.

A Deconstructed Burger Coming In Three...

You know how some fine dining establishments like to put a spin on well-known dishes by deconstructing them? Well, we have a feeling that's what this burger became a few seconds after this photo was taken. As it turns out, mom was right in constantly reminding us to "Stop playing with food!"

That's A Shrimp Cocktail, Alright!

When this image was posted on Reddit's r/WeWantPlates subforum, many commenters expressed their disgust. But alas, they spoke too soon. As some users explained, this dish of shrimps and michelada, a savory alcoholic drink, is actually pretty tasty despite its unappetizing presentation.

It certainly puts a new spin on traditional shrimp cocktails, if you ask us. With Modelo beer and michelada being popular drinks in Mexico, it's probably safe to assume that these heaping plates of food were served at a dining establishment there. That explains why people on Reddit weren't familiar with this dish!

If you think waiting tables is an easy job, then you've got to see this image. It serves as an amazing portrait of a hardworking man employed at the locally famous Lafayette Coney Island hotdog place in Detroit. Clearly already a veteran at serving hungry diners their meals, he could carry multiple orders in one go.

He's so good at the task we bet that food tray would have been rendered useless had the dining establishment built wider walkways for this server to pass through. That said, we hope he's being paid well for his skill and dedication to his job because he deserves it!

Aside from cooking good food, dining establishments are also tasked with passing health inspections to ensure the safety and quality of the things they serve. But as you can see here, those inspections occasionally miss some pretty concerning observations, like this crawler for instance.

Safe to say, we bet this calls for a downgrade in the rating of this restaurant from a solid A down to a C—as in cockroach! So hopefully, the person who noticed this ironic display informed both the establishment and the health inspectors of the issue at hand. This photo alone would have been enough to set changes in motion, we bet.

This photo has one touching backstory. Although it may seem like the wait staff was pranking this group of elderly diners, that was not the case here. Apparently, these patrons like this table so much that the owners of the place made a special sign just for them.

So, every morning, this group of friends can eat breakfast together and reminisce about the good old days congregated around the "Old Fart Table." What a way to start the day! We've got to say; retirement is looking pretty good to us right now.

Here's proof that a good brand management team is a necessity even for smaller businesses. As good as the food might have been, we doubt many people would flock to a place called Turd.

That word has an unsavory reputation in the English-speaking world. What we find strange, though, is that it doesn't seem to exist in the Mongolian language. So, why would the proprietors of this upcoming dining establishment choose that word in the first place?

When you're hired as a server, you probably don't expect to be tasked to write thought-provoking quotes daily. That's just not part of the original job description! So, we don't blame the worker behind this hilarious sign for rebelling against their boss's orders in a petty way.

They were just following orders, you see, and they did come up with something that is both witty and thought-provoking. It's pretty clear that this honest sign managed to intrigue some people. At least enough for one of them to stop, take out their camera, and snap this photo.

For the unfamiliar, pad thai is a noodle dish that originates from Thailand. Usually made of rice noodles, seafood, peanuts, and vegetables, it is not traditionally cooked to have a lot of spice in it. However, some people just love to turn the heat up.

So, when this diner walked into his favorite Thai place to order some pad thai, he requested it to be made extra spicy. And let's just say the chefs didn't back down from this challenge. They took it so seriously that they made it a goal to make his food so spicy it would make him regret being born!

This Is Some Next-Level Toilet Humor

There's toilet humor, and then there's...this. Someone thought it would be a fantastic idea to design and manufacture anatomically correct toilets for their dining establishment's public bathroom. And although impressive in a way, it just turned out extremely creepy, like one of those movie props found on a horror film set.

It looks like someone's been drinking too many "bears" while at work. And we have a feeling it's the bartender at this pub. Perhaps being too buzzed to think of a catchy message to write on the signboard, they came up with this rather confusing exchange about nice drinks and bears.

Were there really bears inside? Did they just forget how to spell beers? Did they not want customers coming in? Well, guess these questions would just have to go unanswered since we weren't able to pin down which pub this sign belongs to.

Onion Rings Metal-Style

There's an endless list of creative ways to plate food. But we're not sure the likes of Gordon Ramsay would approve of serving onion rings pierced through what appears to be either a metal siphon or funnel. We imagine its metallic taste would also rub off on the food!

So, hopefully, the chefs at Ford's Garage, a restaurant chain known for its old-school vibe, found a way to avoid just that. Aside from the plating, though, we could see nothing wrong with those onion rings, which look pretty scrumptious stacked together like that.

A Reminder To Proofread Your Menus

You don't need a design degree to figure out what went wrong here. It looks like someone at the Le Fanal, a place that serves French cuisine, forgot to proofread their menu template before sending them to the printers. That's quite unfortunate considering that the dining establishment has been awarded one Michelin star.

On the bright side, we bet diners quickly got over this minor printing issue after a few chuckles. They don't give away Michelin star ratings for no reason, so we have a feeling the Le Fanal, which translates to The Lighthouse in English, serves top-tier food.

No, your eyes aren't playing tricks on you. That really is a whole chicken in a beer can. After trawling the Internet for more information about this intriguing dish, we found out that this meal is aptly called the Beer Can Chicken and that it is served at a Texas barbecue place known as Bone Daddy's.

And while it may not look that appetizing at first glance, people who have tried the dish would tell you otherwise. From what we've read on the mobile app Yelp, the Beer Can Chicken makes for a delicious meal and is moist to boot.

Be Gentle Says The Squirting Bottle

Who doesn't love barbecue sauce? It's sweet, it's savory, it practically goes with everything. It's just that some people get too excited when faced with the option of having an unlimited supply of the stuff with their meal. And that fact doesn't jive well with this barbecue sauce bottle's "squirting" problem.

We're willing to bet many have fallen victim to this bottle's unassuming look and ended up with barbecue sauce stains on their pants or shoes. That's probably why management finally decided to give everyone a gentle warning in advance using this sign.

Something seems fishy here. And no, it has nothing to do with the lack of seafood options on this menu. With every dish seemingly being "vegetarian," we have a feeling this dining establishment is either using that as a substitute for the word tofu—a popular meat substitute—or they don't truly know what being vegetarian entails.

If the former is true, then we can see no problem here. The management just needs to clarify what they mean when they call a dish vegetarian. If the latter is true, then they definitely have a storm coming as non-meat eaters are pretty passionate about keeping with their diet.

Solely focused on digging into her seafood feast, she probably didn't even notice Cannagirl bringing out her phone to snap this candid until it was too late. The result is this funny photo of the sister looking intimidatingly cute. And while she didn't appreciate being photographed with her guard down, this snapshot did make a ton of netizens smile.

You Can't Have It All

Now, the restaurant management really dropped some truths with this sign. Perhaps getting tired of diners unfairly complaining about the dining establishment's food or service, they decided to be honest and tell everyone that they just can't have it all.

While places like McDonald's or Wendy's can do good, cheap, and fast, that's just not possible for sit-down and fine dining places at all. Demanding all those three is a no-go because the way the latter makes their food is totally different. That said, the tradeoffs listed on this sign seem fair to us, take it or leave it.

If you sit down with your friends at a nice restaurant, you probably expect to be served your food on plates. That's just a given, right? Well, not always as you can see here. As it turns out, there's a place in Wisconsin that would serve pasta right on your tabletop.

According to the website Heavy Table, Bunky's Cafe has a dish called Spaghetti on the Board. Comprised of a heaping serving of pasta, red sauce, and meatballs, it is sprawled over a white plastic cutting board for everyone to dig into. So, at least the tablecloths remain mostly stain-free!

A full English breakfast consists of a hearty serving of sausages, beans, and eggs at its core. Grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, and toast are also served in heaps on a large plate with the rest of the foods. However, it looks like this dining establishment took the popular meal to the next level.

Filling a shovel full of the breakfast staple's usual ingredients, they put a new meaning to the dish's name. We're not mad at this one, though. As long as the shovel they used was squeaky clean and never actually touched dirt, we think this is a creative way to serve a full English breakfast.

Losing those extra pounds you put on during vacation is hard. Sticking to a strict diet program to do just that is even harder. That's probably the thought process that went into the conceptualization of this product. Perhaps wanting to cater to its calorie-conscious diners, this place began offering no-calorie ice.

It's just that we're pretty sure most people know that ice, which is made of frozen water, is already calorie-free. Oh well, no harm done here. Maybe management was just trying to remind people that having ice-cold water with their meal is a better option than ordering sugary drinks.

Now, this image is the opposite of the previous one. Looking at the feast of burgers, fries, and milkshakes in front of this hip diner, it doesn't seem like she's calorie-conscious at all. Judging from the lighting of this Insta-worthy image, it appears that she went out for a late-night snack and chose this diner.

And there's no shame in that! We only live once, and enjoying good food while we're here is many people's top priority. We just have one pressing question, however. Why was she wearing sunglasses indoors?

Okay, we know what you're thinking. And no, this brown stuff is chocolate fudge and not number two. We won't blame you for mistaking this dessert for just that, though, especially with the way the fudge was plopped down this serving of rolled ice cream.

While we're sure that this chocolate and cold sweets combo is a match made in culinary heaven, we think it could use some work when it comes to presentation. You certainly don't want people going "Hmmm... something's not right with my food." every time their order arrives!

At first glance, this gravity-defying dessert seems nothing but a marvel. Made of ice cream and some sort of hardened white cream, it's definitely the kind of gourmet fare you'll find at fine dining establishments. To green-minded diners though, it resembles something else entirely.

Perhaps not noticing the rather phallic look this dessert ended up having, the chef who made it created something that might be considered too scandalous to serve. Fortunately, it doesn't seem like many people took notice of this. After all, not many people can say no to sweet treats!

Sold at the Nindigully Pub in Queensland, Australia, this massive meal is comprised of 2.6 pounds of meat, a 2.2-pound bun, an entire head of lettuce, and about 2.2 pounds of potatoes.

You can get all that for the price of A$80 (about $57), so certainly a big enough feast for a family. That said, the Nindigully Pub is challenging its diners to demolish this burger. As of 2021, nobody has managed to singlehandedly take down this beast yet.
