Mark Wahlberg - $25 Million, Beverly Hills

The home that Mark Wahlberg, who currently stars on the comedy-drama TV series Ballers, owned for about a decade was sold for $10.3 million in 2013. The house features seven bedrooms and even more bathrooms. However, Mark commissioned another mansion to be built for him and his family and it is bigger and even more stunning! It looks like a castle really and features 11 bedrooms, a basketball court, swimming pool, and plenty of other amenities to enjoy. His 30,000-square-foot property was finished by the end of 2014 and cost about $25 million to make. In 2019, we'll see him in the mystery, Wonderland. Mark also continues to do the reality TV show, Wahlburgers.

Conor McGregor - Estimated $1 Million Rent, Las Vegas

Conor McGregor joined the list of wealthy celebs who choose to rent a home rather than purchase it. Conor used to live in a lavish house in Las Vegas although there are reasons to believe that he was actually renting the place. If he were, this shouldn't come as a surprise since McGregor has an estimated $110 million in his account. In October 2018, Conor planned to make a comeback by challenging Khabib Nurmagomedov but lost the fight that took place on October 6, 2018. McGregor tapped in the fourth round

Jared Leto - $2 Million, Hollywood Hills

Actor and singer Jared Leto managed to sell his Hollywood Hills house $50K above the asking price. With this kind of thinking, Leto would unlikely ever face bankruptcy! The 46-year-old Jared who seems to defy age bought this 1955 home in 2006 for $1.65 million. The two-floor home is equipped with two kitchens, a master bedroom, two connected guesthouses, and a swimming pool, of course. There is also a recording studio and a storage space. We don't know how much time he got to spend here though, considering his busy acting schedule. He starred on Blade Runner 2049 in 2017 and The Outsider in 2018.

Courteney Cox - $33 Million, Malibu

We have to admit that Courteney Cox, whom we best know as Monica Geller from the sitcom Friends, has a good taste in homes and decors. Courteney's seafront home in Malibu had cost her about $33 million, but that is understandable since, at one point, the Friends star commanded a $1-million salary per episode. Courteney apparently likes the house so much that she allegedly said she would never move out of it. She did, however, sell some of her furniture when she wanted to redecorate her home. In 2018,  Courteney appeared in the TV show Shameless and she was a guest judge on the talent contest, The Gong Show, in 2017.

Meg Ryan - $8.9 Million, Soho

Who wouldn't be envious of Meg Ryan's opulent Soho apartment? We don't know why Ryan wanted to leave her black and white glorious condo at 84 Mercer Street but she listed it in 2017 for $10.9 million. She didn't get the price she wanted though and the condo ended up selling for $8.9 million. Apparently, Ryan is now neighbors with Justin Timberlake and other stars since she purchased a Tribeca apartment. Ryan hasn't done much acting since 2016, but she was recognized as an icon of romantic comedy and awarded with a Leopard Club Award in August 2018.

Britney Spears - $9 Million, California

Britney Spears changed numerous homes since she became popular and started piling up tons of cash in her bank account. In 2016, Britney decided it was time to move once again so she listed her $9-million California mansion. In case you were wondering, the lavish home features an open-plan living, includes three bedroom wings, and a gourmet kitchen. There are just as many breathtaking additions outside as there are inside the house. The estate includes a swimming pool, sitting area, tennis court, etc. Her Britney Spears: A Piece of Me Tour began in July 2018.

Eddie Murphy – $85 Million, Hollywood Hills

Besides being one of Hollywood’s highest-paid actors, Eddie Murphy is the father of nine kids whom he had with five different women. His acting income does come in handy to take care of the brood but Murphy also splurges on occasions. For instance, he spent $10 million buying his Hollywood Hills mansion in 2005 and reportedly another $10 million on remodeling. Records revealed that Cher once owed that specific 20,000-square-foot mansion before Murphy finally bought it. In 2011 alone, the estate attracted a $250K property-tax bill, and it could be the reason why the 12,600-square-foot mansion was listed for $85 million in 2016.

Miley Cyrus - $2.5 Million, Malibu

At 25, Miley Cyrus has already earned more money than most of us would in a lifetime. In 2016, Miley purchased a lovely retreat in Malibu just steps away from the beach. The four-bedroom abode has plenty of space for her and her beau Liam Hemsworth to hang around. Originally built in 1958 but heavily renovated, the house features an open-plan living and perfectly manicured lawn. Even though they have been dating for a while, Miley and Liam may not get married soon or even at all, according to a recent interview. Going to the altar reportedly isn’t important for them.

Kate Upton - $5.5 Million, Benedict Canyon

In case you've wondered where the gorgeous model and actress Kate Upton lives, here it is. Kate purchased a Benedict Canyon estate with her husband Justin Verlander, for $5.5 million. Both Upton and Verlander earn tons of money from their successful careers so this was not a problem. The 5,500-square-foot home features a large kitchen, four bedrooms, including a master bedroom featuring dual bathrooms and closets. The house reportedly previously belonged to tennis star Pete Sampras and includes a tennis court. The beautiful Kate announced her pregnancy in July 2018.

The Weeknd - $20 Million, Hidden Hills

In 2017, countless magazines reported that the wealthy singer who goes by the stage name The Weeknd has purchased a $20-million deluxe house in Hidden Hills. The glorious house that is now home to Abel Makkonen Tesfaye features nine bedrooms and eleven en-suite baths. And a funny detail is that Abel got the house shortly after his now ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez bought a house nearby. The couple broke up by the end of 2017 and two of his songs, Call Out My Name and Privilege, are believed to be about Selena.

Chris bought a lovely house in Hollywood Hills back in 2013 and it's a must-see. Captain America err Evans had opted for a traditional-style home which was actually built in 1940 but has been renovated of course. It's a three-bedroom house that he purchased for $3.5 million although his earnings allow him to spend way more than that. The home also features 4-5 bathrooms, a spa, and a swimming pool. Marvel star Chris Evans starred in Avengers: Infinity War and made a Broadway debut in 2018 starring in a production of Lobby Hero. He's busy doing the next Avengers installment.

Angelina Jolie - $24.5 Million, Los Feliz

With her impending divorce from Brad Pitt, actress Angelina Jolie was looking for a fresh start and in this case, that means a new luxury mansion for her and the kids. For this purpose, Jolie bought a lavish $24.5-million Los Feliz estate in 2017. If this home couldn't mend a broken heart, then we don't know what will! The stunning mansion was built in 1923 and once belonged to filmmaker Cecil B. DeMille. It screams elegance and a classic style. Angie's new abode provides plenty of space for all her children since there are six bedrooms, and there is a swimming pool, too. Angelina and Brad reached a temporary custody agreement in June 2018.

Robbie Williams didn’t settle for an ordinary mansion with five or six bedrooms. Instead, he purchased a building in West London. The building belonged to the late film director Michael Winner for about $22.9 million, even though Winner believed it was worth significantly more. The late Winner reportedly had several mortgages on the house which he shared with his wife. He invested millions in renovating the house which now includes a swimming pool and a cinema. The house Robbie purchased in 2013 has about 31 years left on its lease. Robbie performed at 2018 FIFA World Cup opening and gave the finger during the performance.

Seth Meyers - $7.5 Million, Greenwich Village

Actor, comedian, writer, and television host Seth Meyers hosted 2018's Golden Globe Awards. The Late Night with Seth Meyers show made him famous and rich enough to able to buy a lovely Greenwich Village home. Seth snapped this 5-bedroom complex in 2015 for $7.5 million. Its former owner was author Mary-Louise Parker and the house was reportedly on the market for quite some time. It's an ideal home for his family with an open design and plenty of space. In April 2018, Seth and his attorney-wife Alexi Ashe welcomed their second son.

Ryan Lewis - $7.5 Million, Seattle

Ryan Lewis, the man who can do it all, is primarily known as a DJ although he is also a photographer, graphic designer, videographer, record producer, and what not; his portfolio is quite impressive! But as it turns out, Ryan also knows how to pick a great house as he has proved when he purchased the large Magnolia estate in 2014 for $3.3 million. After remodeling the house, Lewis decided to list it but for $7.5 million after only a couple of years. His massive house hit the market in 2017, about the same time that he revealed that the Macklemore & Ryan Lewis duo had announced their hiatus.

Lea Michele - $2.99 Million, Los Angeles

All that fame that came with her role in Glee resulted in Lea Michele being able to buy a luxury mansion in Los Angeles. The 32-year-old Michele who is a not just an actress but a singer and author too purchased this LA home in 2015 for $2.999 million. It is definitely an upgrade from her previous home which was far more modest. The modern spacious home is perfect for entertaining friends and spending fun evenings by the pool with her fiancé. Or, she could simply enjoy the stunning view that the large glass windows provide. Lea announced her engagement to Zandy Reich in April 2018.

John Krasinski & Emily Blunt - $6.5 Million, Brooklyn

The lovely couple, Emily Blunt and John Krasinski, bought this unique, very stylish mansion house in Brooklyn for $6 million, in 2016. And they invested a significant amount of money to remodel it to suit their taste. However, despite this, Krasinski and Blunt decided to get rid of the house because they don't spend enough time there. They are both quite busy since, in 2018, they starred together in the horror film A Quiet Place. The house was originally listed for $8 million in 2018 but since this savvy business plan for a profit didn't work out, they ended up selling it for a cool $6.5 million.

Blake Shelton - $3.4 Million, Nashville

Blake Shelton's Nashville home is fit for royalty: just look at that luxurious interior! Blake, who is known as The Voice judge from its inception, purchased this stunning country residence just outside of Nashville for $3.4 million. Blake snapped this huge house with 400 acres of land in 2016 after his divorce from singer Miranda Lambert and as he was developing his new romance with Gwen Stefani. Perhaps buying a home was his way of coping and moving on? Shelton and Gwen are still dating and rumors of a possible wedding started in 2018. The two might even be working on another show together as was previously hinted around August 2018.

Heidi Klum - $24 Million, L.A.

Heidi Klum can do it all. She is a supermodel, fashion designer, businesswoman, television producer, actress, and author. With such an impressive portfolio, buying an expensive house is no big deal. Heidi reportedly hired a team to renovate her massive home before she listed it for $25 million. However, she ended up selling the 8-bedroom, 10-bathroom mansion for $24 million in 2014 which is still great. Of course, there is an infinity-edge pool as well. These days, Heidi is spending her time with a much younger German boyfriend with whom she spent several days vacationing on a yacht.

Bill Gates - $178 Million, Washington

This house was not nicknamed Xanadu 2.0 for no reason. Billionaire Bill Gates' mansion in Medina, Washington is definitely a sight to behold.  It's worth was estimated at $147.5 million in 2009 while taxes amounted to $1.063 million. It's a 66,000-square-foot abode with a swimming pool featuring an underwater music system. In 2010, the second-richest man on the planet, Bill Gates, his wife, and Warren Buffet pledged to donate at least half of their fortune while leaving their kids only $10 million each. As of 2018, the house is worth $178.34 million

Kendall Jenner - $6.5 Million, Hollywood

The Kardashian-Jenner clan is pretty creative when it comes to making money. The younger Jenner, Kendall, is busy making a career out of modeling and we must admit, she is doing a great job. Kendall, aged 22, has already piled up so much cash that she goes around buying houses all by herself! In summer 2017, Kendall bought a Hollywood Hills mansion and splashed $6.5 million on it. However, she decided to list it in 2017 due to safety concerns. In 2018, the name of Kendall's boyfriend was finally revealed when she was spotted having dinner with him, and his name is Blake Griffin.

A $28-million mansion owned by an unlikely name

Céline Dion - $28 Million, Florida

Celine Dion reportedly invested $7 million in buying this beachfront Florida real estate but against her $380-million fortune, that's not much. Celine's lush sanctuary which is equipped with a water park, by the way, was listed for sale in 2013 with a $72-million asking price but it took a while to find a buyer. As time went by, Dion dropped the price several times until finally selling it for $28 million in 2017, even though it was initially believed the sale price was much higher. The 50-year old Celine was often unrecognizable in her Instagram photo at the beginning of 2018.

Steve Harvey – Renting At $110K Per Month - Beverly Park

The talk show Steve moved to film in California and that meant that Harvey and his family had to think of finding a suitable abode in the area. Instead of buying a home, they decided to rent an 11,234-square-foot mansion in Los Angeles’ famous Beverly Park neighborhood. The Harveys are reportedly paying $110K per month which is a discount from the $125K monthly price tag advertised when the place popped up for lease in April 2017. The traditional style house has five bedrooms with eight bathrooms situated throughout the home. The mansion also includes a chef’s kitchen, maid’s quarters, a screening room, and a library.

Tiger Woods – $59.5 Million, Jupiter Island

Unfortunately, these days, you can’t mention Tiger Woods without his once-tarnished image brought about by his scandal about women. Despite all that, Wood still maintains his streak as one of the world’s best golfers and that comes with a massively huge paycheck. Following his split with his wife, he moved into a Florida abode in 2010. However, Woods had actually bought the Jupiter Island land that the mansion sits on for $44.5 million in 2007 and invested another estimated $15 million building the house. The 9,700-square-foot mansion boasts of a golf course, a 6,400 square-foot world-class gym, a 100-foot swimming pool, running tracks, and glass-covered walkway bridges.

Mike Wolfe – Leiper's Fork, Tennessee

Mike Wolfe is best known for co-hosting and creating the reality show American Pickers that chronicles people who scour around for collectibles and antiques from town to town. With his perfect smile, it does make sense why he partnered with the Operation Smile Project as their ambassador. Interestingly, Wolfe bought his first house at an auction. However, Wolfe and his wife eventually found their dream home in 2013 - a 5,100-square-foot Leiper’s Fork mansion sprawled out over 32 acres of woodland. The house takes on hints of vintage vibes combined with contemporary designs, which raises the question just how much Wolfe spent on it given his penchant for collectibles.

Sean Connery – $1.5 Million,  Wicklow County

Former James Bond star Sir Sean Connery bought a Victorian house located near Bray in Wicklow County in the ‘70s. Connery simply fell in love with the Violet Hill house while visiting the area, and after buying it, he used it as a private retreat when he wasn’t busy filming the next big spy movie. Architect William Fogerty designed the house that sits on three and a half acres offering five bedrooms with five baths. A self-contained staff apartment is part of the residence with its own living room and kitchen. Connery offered up the deluxe house for sale in 2013 for £1.495 million.

Ron Howard – $27.5 Million, Connecticut

Director Ron Howard’s list of film credits includes A Beautiful Mind, Apollo 13, Rush, and Cocoon. Howard listed his Greenwich, Connecticut estate and it sold for $27.5 million in July 2014, making it the most expensive home sale in Westchester County. The Oscar-winning director had owned the Victorian home that sits on thirty-two acres of land for 20 years at the time of its sale. The estate boasts of a main house with six bedrooms and five bathrooms, a 14-seat movie theater, a gym and yoga studio, an indoor pool, greenhouses, a two-bedroom guesthouse, and a formal garden.

Stephen Colbert – Charleston

This is the childhood home of the television host, actor, comedian, writer, and producer, Stephen Colbert. While we don't know the estimated worth of this property, we do know that Stephen is very fond of his home in Charleston, South Carolina. Stephen is famous for hosting The Colbert Report from 2005 until 2014. Since 2015, he has been hosting The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. As a result of having lost a bet in 2017, Colbert followed a strict vegan regime for a while but later returned to his old eating habits.
